I'm really out of shape, can I still do boot camp?

  • Yes you can! There are different exercises and exercise progressions for different fitness levels within the boot camp. Someone who has never worked out can train next to someone who is already in good shape. You and your personal trainer will work together to make sure the workout is perfect for your fitness level.

Will I be sore?

  • Maybe. Probably at first, but it usually lessens after the first few workouts. Some people experience more soreness than others, but it depends on how much effort you put into your workouts and how long you have been working out.

How much does boot camp cost?

You have 3 monthly membership options for boot camp.

  • 2 Workouts per week = 129.99 per month
  • 3 Workouts per week = 149.99 per month
  • Unlimited Workouts per week 199.99 per month

Or if you prefer to pay as you go - Pay per session = $25 per workout (cash only)

Do you offer just private 1 on 1 personal training?

  • Yes! If group fitness training is not for you or if you need more personal attention we have 30 and 45 minute private personal training sessions available

Where are you located?

Will I get enough individualized attention?

  • Yes. It is our mission to make sure that you are not just a number in our boot camp. We cap each class at 15 people to make sure your instructor can closely monitor you during the workouts. Also, each member receives one free personal training session each month to use on either workouts, goal setting, nutrition, or just talking. Each member also receives free access to our grocery store tours and nutrition courses to develop a strong nutrition plan that will guarantee success. We guarantee that your instructor will always know your name and be a dedicated partner in ensuring your success.
