STL Hard Body Bootcamp

Hard Body Boot Camp is a challenging group exercise class that focuses on complete conditioning, fat loss, and toning.  Everything from resistance training, cardiovascular training, core training, and flexibility are covered in this fun and effective class.  Also, no program is complete without in depth nutritional assistance to combine with your amazing workouts.  Feel free to join at anytime at any fitness level.  You will have a great workout whether you are already in great shape or just starting out.  So if you want to get the best results possible for the best value you have to try this class!
